Sail & Heal is a 7-day voyage where each day will present a beautiful new location to practice specially tailored yoga sessions. You could find yourself on a secluded beach or moored in the crystal waters of a quaint harbour. Yoga is traditionally known for its ability to heal, refresh, strengthen and enlighten and during your morning practice you can set yourself on the path towards living your best life, day by day. In Sail & Heal, Laura, our dedicated and knowledgeable yoga instructor will combine several aspects of yoga such as meditation, pranayama, asanas, mantras, and deep relaxation for your ultimate experience.
After each morning yoga session, a special breakfast is prepared that will detox your body and boost your energy levels. Then begins the sailing adventure, which includes finding the perfect spot for an afternoon swim and partaking in a relaxed lunch while soaking up the view.
Before lunch we will come together on the bow of the boat in a beautiful bay for a breath work session. Taking precious time to tune in with our life force energy, feeling the connection between breath and body.
By practising different pranayama (breath work) exercise every day you will learn how to use the breath to anchor yourself to the present moment, realse any stress or negative toxins and how to make the breath be the reset that we sometimes need.

Athens, Greece
Welcome to your Saronic voyage! Check-in is from 1600 in Athens Harbour. You will receive a welcome drink & Snacks on arrival followed by essential safety instructions. After this has been completed and you’re settled in we sail to Aegina. Aegina is a lovely, classic Greek island and a favourite holiday destination for Athenians.
Here we head to a local restaurant to sample the island’s food and drinks, the seafood and freshly roasted pistachios are a favourite. This is a great opportunity for passengers to get to know each other over glasses of ouzo. Stin iyia mas! – To our health!
Day 2 will start with your first yoga/meditation session, followed by a detox breakfast. We then sail towards Ermioni, stopping halfway for a swim in the open waters and a freshly prepared lunch. After relaxing in the sun we then head to the port of Ermioni where you can explore the seaside town and discover the perfect spot for an afternoon yoga/meditation workshop. Restored and rejuvenated, stroll to one of the local tavernas for dinner and on to the charming bars for those wanting to grab a few drinks.
Yoga/meditation in the morning, followed by breakfast in a serene, secluded bay on the rocky island of Dokos. After breakfast, sailing instructions are provided by your Skipper, if the weather allows. Sail to the east of Spetses, following the coastline. Spetses Bay is in a national park with beautiful clear waters that are perfect for snorkelling. Relax into your afternoon yoga/ meditation workshop before taking a water taxi to Spetses’ main hub for dinner and to wander the beautiful Venetian town.
This day is a short sail so after morning yoga/meditation and breakfast, there will be plenty of time to explore. Discover the sea caves and beaches on offer and try your hand at some more sailing around Spetses. After another yoga/meditation workshop, it’s time to head into the cosmopolitan village town of Porto Heli for dinner and perhaps a visit to the open-air cinema.
Yoga/meditation, followed by breakfast near Porto Heli. Today, we have a longer sail to Poros where we will arrive shortly after lunch. Poros is a great place to hire a scooter/ moped to explore the island and spend a fun day exploring the many hidden bays, the Temple of Poseidon and pretty beaches. There will be sunset yoga on the island or back on the yacht, followed by fresh fish and delectable cocktails in one of the tavernas.
Today will be a lazy morning with yoga/meditation and breakfast on Poros, where we stay until after lunch. Return to Poros town for another delectable meal before setting sail for Agistri. The sail to Agistra is leisurely and we will have a chance to unfurl the sails and find some bays for swimming and snorkelling. We drop anchor by the gorgeous little island and experience evening yoga/ meditation and dinner onboard the yacht, by the starry sky and sea.
Agistri – Athens
Your last day of rising to fresh sea air and yoga/ meditation in the Med. Breakfast follows as usual and day 7 is spent on the relaxing voyage back to Athens. There are some picture-perfect anchor spots north of Agistri with crystal blue waters, where we can stop to capture those final memories. We end in Athens around 1500, with plenty of time for those who wish to explore the ancient city that evening
